Welcoming SPARK Batch 4!
Supreme Energy Academy for Renewable Energy Knowledge (SPARK) is an apprenticeship program aimed at enhancing the capacity and skills of local young talents in the clean energy sector through hands-on training and direct mentorship from geothermal experts. It also prepares participants to make real contributions to Supreme Energy’s renewable energy projects.
Focusing on geothermal and renewable energy, the SPARK program combines classroom sessions with practical fieldwork—starting with theoretical briefings followed by direct application on site.
In its fourth batch this year, 22 of the best local talents from West Sumatra have been selected to begin their hands-on training. SPARK alumni have already started contributing directly to Supreme Energy’s geothermal operations
